11th Take the A-Train Edition.

When I first moved to Salzburg, I stumbled across a stage on my way back from grocery shopping no idea what was happening while holding Salami in my hands. But something about the music, the crowd and the energy pulled me right in. That was my accidental introduction to the Take The A-Train festival and ever since then it's been one of my absolute favorites.

From 11 - 14th of September TTAT takes over the Bahnhofsviertel for its 11th edition and trust me, it's one of the most exciting festivals this city has to offer.

What makes TTAT 2025 so special? It doesn't care about genre limits. You can catch an intimate sunrise concert one moment and dance into the night with DJs from around the world the next.

It's a diverse festival in the best sense, mixing international legends, fresh local acts and plenty of surprises in-between. And this year's lineup already promises big moments: The Grammy winning Kronos Quartet, hip hop powerhouse Akua Naru, rising star Uche Yara and electronic legend DJ Krush, just to name a few.

And the settings? From rooftops at sunset to the Andräkirche and of course the buzzing main stage at the tain station.
